The Journey of Ningning with Versace
one of aespa member, Ning Yizhuo or Ningning has become an Italian Luxury Brand Global Ambassador (VERSACE). Donatella itself post the announcement on her instagram post. She becomes the first female Kpop idol to work with Versace.
Versace official account also posted some pic of Ningning wearing Versace SS24 Collection to announced the news of her being their Global Ambassador.
Ningning said that, βVersace has always been about pushing boundaries of creative expression and championing those who are confident to express themselves, especially in the music world. That is why being a Versace Brand Ambassador is so exciting for me. I feel a new strong attitude when I wear Versace and Iβm excited to share it with everyone in the hope that they too feel confident to share their own strength and powerβ
some of her fans and people who interest in fashion also said that Ningning really has Versaceβs vibes and i can see it. Ningning first appearance using Versace is when she dance for Black Mamba debut stage on MBC Music Core in 2020.
after that, she starts using Versace again in 2023 when aespa got invited for Cannes. On the red carpet and after party, she use this two pretty dress from Versace. Her appearance also got a lot of good positive comments.
In July 2023, she got invited for Versace La Vacanza Collection Pop Up Store in Seoul. she posted some pictures in her IG but it got deleted. This become her first job with Versace.
on September 2023, Ningning posted a pic with Versace Greca Goddes Bag on her own instagram. After this post, we all assumed that sooner, ningning will get the job with this brand. we all have a good positive thoughts haha.
When she comes to Jakarta for SMtown Concert (SM Entertainment Family Concert), she also use Versace Jeans top.
On October 2023, Ningning went to Shanghai to attend Versace Icons Dinner with Donatella. This is being the first time of Ningning and Donatella met. Wow, i remember that we all (especially ningmengs) wassss so happyyyy. Donatella posted reels on her instagram about this event! there is also ningning interview in it.
aespa had a comeback in November with a mini album called βDramaβ. Ningning wear Versace for some of their teaser image.
Ningning also wear versace accesories and fit for Drama performance (and also New Year Stage and music award).
on November 2023, W Korea held an event called βLove Your Wβ. It is an event for raise breast cancer awareness. Ningning got invited to perform for this event and she use Versace dress for the red carpet.
Before the Announcement of her being the ambassador, ningning got featured for Dazed Korea January Issue 2024. She use soo many kind of brand but the point is for the Versace photoshoot. This is remarked being her first appearance for Korean Magazine.
lastly, talking about Korean Fashion, we canβt forget about their iconic airport fashion. Ningning being one of the artist who got so many eyes on her because of her appearance in the airport. Itβs such a long journey for her to finally become the ambassador of Versace. Iβm so happy that my bias can works with such amazing brand like Versace. I hope in the future we can see more pretty photoshoot from them. Congrats for Ningning and Versace! β€
